Stone Island Marina

Marina launched in 1983, a year after Stone Island itself. Where the mainline drew from military surplus, Marina went to the harbour: naval detailing, sailing rigs, gear made to hold up when the weather turns. It was a proper line in its own right from the start. The pieces carry real function: taped seams, garment-dyeing, water-repellent fabrics, and look louder and sharper than anything sailing actually demands. That's the appeal, and it's why the early Marina pieces are some of the most collected Stone Island going.
