I picked up a coat from the popup and Iām genuinely impressed with the quality and fit. Especially the Yuji Yamada pieces. The fabric composition was accurately confirmed when I asked the team on the 3rd floor. They were attentive, informed and overall really lovely to interact with.
That said, the staff in some other sections felt a bit unengaged. A few didnāt seem sure about fabric details and didnāt make the effort to find out.
Overall though, the product itself is great and the team upstairs made the experience worthwhile. A little more consistency across staff would make the shopping experience even better.

Perfect coat for layering as it's slightly looser fit. Very warm for it's weight, no rab, ME or montane stuff comes close to montbell quality and price. Soft lining inside and outside and has a matte feel on the outside. Has 2 zippered pockets and 2 inner drop in pockets. Has stuff sack on the left pocket. Known Source is a good place for buying excellent gear. Looking forward to buying a woman's neige down parka for my partner.
