I receive the wrong size. I complain but matter was not resolved, so I stuck with small size.
Shipping took ages, like 2 weeks. Colour and size specified were Black and UK10, received the Burgundy colour in a UK11. Genuinely cannot recommend the seller. AI chat bot also no help.
Great item at a great price. Arrived well packaged and better than described. communication from the KS team was amazing!
Good Shoe !
Great trainers !
Easy fit comfort
Fitted perfect love them so much
Super nice Jacket
Bought for my great nephew who is going travelling soon. Was sent a photo of him wearing them. Apparently they looked really "cool"
I picked up a coat from the popup and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and fit. Especially the Yuji Yamada pieces. The fabric composition was accurately confirmed when I asked the team on the 3rd floor. They were attentive, informed and overall really lovely to interact with.
That said, the staff in some other sections felt a bit unengaged. A few didn’t seem sure about fabric details and didn’t make the effort to find out.
Overall though, the product itself is great and the team upstairs made the experience worthwhile. A little more consistency across staff would make the shopping experience even better.
Great product, quick delivery.
how quick it came. i just wish it was scripted how faded the colour was
good shoes
Jacket as described.
Super fun 90s Versace pants. Good condition , fair price and quick shipping! Thanks very much!
So glad with my purchase! I’ve been so well welcomed and will return in a heartbeat.
Love my shorts, so comfy. Really great customer service from start to finish, worthy of the five stars!
Product was delivered quicker than expected and in great condition.
What a great business this is why we should sport business like these guys give them back to the people who really want vintage clothing and order pieces
Great jumper, super comfy and in good condition and a rare find 🙌🏼
Excellent service the jacket was in excellent condition. 5 stars
Perfect coat for layering as it's slightly looser fit. Very warm for it's weight, no rab, ME or montane stuff comes close to montbell quality and price. Soft lining inside and outside and has a matte feel on the outside. Has 2 zippered pockets and 2 inner drop in pockets. Has stuff sack on the left pocket. Known Source is a good place for buying excellent gear. Looking forward to buying a woman's neige down parka for my partner.
Went to the shop rather than the web site, fantastic staff a great to be able to try the clothing on
