Subsiquently worn through the decade by iconic music stars, the Polo Sport label is as popular as it was in the ‘90s; The line that was first created to be a nod to the ‘92 winter olympics became much more influential than it was originally intended to be. Discontinued in 1998, Ralph Lauren reintroduced the Polo Sport line in 2019, with a collection directly inspired by the originals. Despite this, OG pieces reign superior in the eyes of many, as they’re made from higher quality materials and rarer designs are highly collectable.
